Equipment and Machinery Relocation

We are able to move, elevate, rotate and position machinery in our clients’ facilities, necessitated by
layout changes, space optimization, or process improvement.
We perform machinery relocation from one facility to another by having access to the necessary
specialized transportation equipment.
As part of the relocation process, we offer the electrical dismantling of motors and peripherals.
We also offer the mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic dismantling to prepare this machinery for its
transfer.
Including the positioning and installation of the machinery, after its transfer.
With the mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic reassembly.

Metal

Structures

Design and manufacture metal structures for industrial plants, schools, malls, offices,
warehouses, public buildings, etc.
Metal structures for the support and final fabrication of mezzanine areas.
Providing adequate insulation in walls, ceilings, crawl spaces and soffits by applying
current environmental standards.
Design and manufacture of bridge cranes, monorails, radial cranes, etc.
Design the use and installation of various cranes, including jib cranes, bridge cranes, etc.

Process Equipment

Manufacturing

Design and manufacture of process equipment, according to our client’s needs and specifications.
Design and manufacture of equipment, as racks, dollies, etc, for the storage and transportation of
production parts used in the manufacturing process.
Design and manufacture of complete workstations, including production devices, work benches,
special racks, and any other idea that will enhance a manufacturing facility’s operation.

Maintenance and Paint

Services

Aesthetic maintenance, including paint applied to metal structures and applying floor, ceiling
and wall coverings to new or existing facilities.
Mechanical maintenance, including welding, cleaning/refurbishing, modifications, etc. to new
and existing facilities and equipment.
Design and manufacture of steel and/or stainless-steel networks for compressed air and water.

Constructing Foundations for industrial buildings, schools, commercial centers, etc.
